It was a great opportunity to work with a unique population with a variety of services provided. I built great relationships with some co-workers

Little to no guidance in positions; staff on all levels were under-trained. The residents had very little consistency due to staff members not following policies, procedures, and best practices. Understaffed most days, which resulted in very unsafe conditions for residents and staff.
