Moreover, management style is abrasive and unprofessional—People have tendency to publicly humiliate employees without cause, fostering a toxic work environment. His temper and inconsistency in leadership create a high-stress atmosphere that discourages collaboration and personal growth. Overall, the combination of poor technical understanding and toxic leadership makes this team an unhealthy place to work. I would strongly advise against accepting an offer to join this department.
