-Bonus are based on your performance and it is prorated, even if you just working here for 3-4 months, you will get bonus & increment aswell -Happy friday! Got food for every friday & after 5.30pm is leisure time -Insurance covered but only for permanent staff -Can choose to work on Weekend & events with extra allowance -Pantry got supplies of foods & drinks -Great team to work with -Work life balance - no one will call you regarding work before/after office hour. And if you cant make it to work (EL/MC), they wont be bothering you at all. Very understanding team -Can jump department if have vacancy slot, but your clock of bonus prorate will restart

-Since it is based in HK, most of the app & system execution are not properly observed whether it is suitable for the local market. It is hard to make change here, even staff does not have full visibility on the app & system. -No career growth, but it depends on department. Some department only 8 months in, are promoted as senior associate. Some department has been 2y+ in, but are only associate. -Management are biased to some department.

If you're considering a role within the Data Analytics team at Lalamove, my advice would be to seriously reconsider. Senior management lacks a technical background and has no understanding of the core aspects of data analytics, including coding and technical processes. This lack of technical expertise leads to poor decision-making and a general mismanagement of the team. Moreover, management style is abrasive and unprofessional—People have tendency to publicly humiliate employees without cause, fostering a toxic work environment. His temper and inconsistency in leadership create a high-stress atmosphere that discourages collaboration and personal growth. Overall, the combination of poor technical understanding and toxic leadership makes this team an unhealthy place to work. I would strongly advise against accepting an offer to join this department.
