In times sq, loads of foot traffic, 40-50% off products, some cool co-workers

Disorganized, No gratis for employees to really get a chance to use and be HONEST w clients. In the heart of times sq, lack of communication between everyone. Management is barely there claims "always busy", but never to be found. Doors are wide open during the winter. Petty and fake between everyone, like a market everyone is fighting for sales. Commission is so messed up that is should be non existent. no benefits (health insurance, sicks days, time off etc).. loads of favoritism.
