There are no pros to working here. The company's owner is Indian, and they are using all their indian mentality in Dubai's office.

Management, Politics, False Promises, No Growth, Confestating Passport, Working on vacation, No hierarchy, Old school mentality, MICRO MANAGEMENT.

Good starting point. Learning curve. Owners and board of directors very nice.

No work life balance. No formal training to new employees. Indian working style. No empathy. Compalsary to work 3-4 hour extra.
