Doesn’t care about employees who do the actual work. Terrible pay, company of about 100 or so had 30 or more employees leave in 2018 (huge red flag). Company can’t retain new or senior employees because they don’t care enough to invest in them or to keep them happy. If you are considering working here or applying, this is a job (waste of time) until you are ready to find a career.
