Honestly not sure. I can’t really think of anything that was not a struggle with these people. Well… they did pay me what I was owed.

This “company“ is really just three kids in a trenchcoat pretending to be a business. I could never get somebody to reply to any question. If I got someone to reply they didn’t know the answer and had to go ask somebody else and then they would disappear. The on boarding is terrible, nobody knows what’s going on and what process they have is pretty much incorrect and or duplicative. They require you to pick insurance before they will give you the insurance information. When they eventually give you the insurance information, it’s pretty much a lie. They promote that they have a high deductible offering but they don’t tell you that every single cost has to go through the deductible first before you can have coverage. So you can’t even get a basic medication without paying full price until you reach the minimum $5000 deductible. They force you to email them about everything in writing and then don’t usually respond to the emails. They use ADP, but if you actually change something in the ADP app or online, they will still make you retroactively send an email and sign a DocuSign document in order to make the change that you have literally *already made*. I could go on and on but just in a nutshell, avoid this company. Sign up with pretty much any other contract company, just not this one.
