The company is marred by a misguided and clueless leadership that is lacking strategic vision. The company treats employees as disposable and easily replaceable. The management shows a complete disregard to scientific knowledge and technological expertise. The management consists of people who are completely incompetent in the area that they are trying to develop. To make things worse, the management, over last decade has been systematically and consistently removing people with expertise from R&D and managerial circles. The management showed complete disregard to retaining the existing scientific knowledge and no interest in developing new knowledge. Lack of competence, near- and narrow-sightedness are the distinctive features of the management and high-level supervisors. Moreover, these shortcomings are further aggravated by the secretive and dishonest managerial style. The incompetent management expelled world-renown scientists and engineers from Landauer.
