      -Management and executives all come from experienced backgrounds with other startups that were acquired and grew massively. -Team members have oportunities to own projects and lead it thru. -Great opportunity to grow within an organization thats ramping up and seeking the best of the best talent. -No micromanagement -Staff are all helpful and welcoming, social events are actually fun

      Startup mode transiting to ramp up mode means team needs to work together to focus on customers and the product. Not everything is documented and sorted out. Rely on a few key brains on info and solutions but its not a huge bottleneck at the moment.
