From Day 1, the Landed co-founders have been super deliberate about the kind of culture they want to foster: one of transparency, one where we tackle sticky issues and challenges in real time, one oriented around growth, and supporting employees to be their full selves in and out of the office. That has absolutely been my experience thus far. This is a place focused on ensuring everyone has a chance to be an owner and shine. I also appreciate how conscientious the team is around making sure we continue to have a meaningful impact on the communities we intend to serve - and with this comes a healthy dose of community. Even as we grow and find success, there is always a willingness to step back and say 'Hmm, maybe this isn't working, let's try this instead..."
