I been here ten years and never had any problems at all. I get too pay and treated with respect. I get loads all the time. The owners are very compassionate and give people a chance when nobody else will.

The owners have too much compassion and trust the wrong people who in return just make things harder.

Very close to my house. Good hours when you're not cut.

* Unlike previous employees, the owner doesn't bother me too much. At first, she did, and it almost seemed like she wanted to find an issue with my work. * My biggest issue is the unnecessary childish drama between the two dispatchers. * They will cut your hours. I have a chronic illness where I need medication; otherwise, I quite literally can't function. They took that as me not wanting to work and made me stay home for two more days. * You will feel bad for the drivers you hire. None of them will stay long. * No overtime. * No make-up hours. * No holiday pay. * The owner is cheap and disregards the mechanics.
