Like most startups there are significant learning and growth opportunities since teams are lean and you're encouraged to work outside of the boundaries of a traditional role. Solid community culture with fun activities to engage employees. For the most part, good coworkers and a supportive environment with a lot of work flexibility.

Workload can be difficult to manage and the current industry headwinds definitely add strain and present challenges. Transparency with upper mgmt could be better.

Good benefits, hourly pay for entry positions

Admin was consistently a mess during my time there, it felt like the management roles were shuffled around every few months until eventually the company had to lay off about half its staff due to mismanagement and complete lack of long term planning. In addition to this they put a significant portion of staff on furlough so they were unable to collect unemployment while unemployed.
