Leadership has become incredibly clique-y, a boys club is the best way to put it. There is a fair share of nepotism in leadership making the already lacking growth opportunities nearly impossible. What was once a company that valued growing their employees, has become one that fires people without proper PIP or poor performance communication and leaves the workforce walking on eggshells daily. As stated in the pros section, the bonus program is nice but it feels it's a great excuse to not give people proper raises where they are deserved. Poor engagement results are typically overlooked and not addressed.
