Having a recruiter that understands my needs for employment, answers questions in detail, extremely polite, and returns calls and emails in a timely manner. Kudos to Ashish Tomar.

None at the moment as my recruiter keeps me fully updated. I'm pretty sure that all the recruiters have the same outlook for their clients.

I was with my previous employer for 21 years and unfortunately found myself a part of a reorganization. Thankfully, Lancesoft (Especially Himanshu, he’s amazing) reached out to me and set me up with an interview. I landed the job and couldn’t have done it without them. They walked me through the entire process seamlessly and always were available to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this company and am grateful for them.
