I love the transparency and accountability here at Lane.

We need a larger team to achieve our goals.

-If you have a question or are struggling, you can ask literally anyone in the company for help and they will be there. If they don't know they answer, they will connect you with the right person. -Lane ensures that we are putting time aside to maintain a positive culture with regular meetings that allow us to just connect with other individuals on a personal basis. -Even with being such a young company, Lane has been able to offer paid lunches, snack boxes, and even multiple work-from-home stipends to ensure we are fully set up to work effectively and efficiently from home -Leadership listens to ideas and feedback, which allows each employee to feel like they are part of a team, rather than another cog in the wheel. -There is no micromanagement here, which means you are trusted to do your job. -Absolutely the best company that I have ever worked for. The time has flown by and I look forward to being here for a long time.

-As is standard with Startups, there are a lot of changes and shifting that happens. Not much can change here as it comes with the territory, but this also means that the company is making moves to ensure its success.
