Decent pay and benefits if you started in the 80's or 90's. Low pay if you started after 2005.

They treat their employees like cattle. The people who run the firm are heartless, and could care less about you (but they act like they are your best friend). Once you reach a certain age, they lay you off, regardless of your years of loyalty or performance. They lay off their best employees and hire young people with absolutely no experience and pay them really low wages. This WAS a great place to work when I started there in the 90's. Now it is a cancer ward!
