Very much an old-school boys club, leadership team does NOT care about the 'boots on the ground' people, I've personally witnessed members of the leadership team coming to work while intoxicated, drinking in the office and acting unethically - yet these people continue to be promoted and encouraged. Does not set a high bar for ethics. Bad behavior is encouraged and reinforced by this.
