Language Trainers is very patient and felxible language company to let teachers organize their own lessons in their best way and let them look after their students well. they do trust teachers a lot how they work and teach. and regularly having a feedback how students are doing well is also very helpful to make teachers look back how teachers have taught well and how much students have been improved in certain period.
