They give room to grow and while I am expected and allowed to manage things on my own from day to day, they are always supportive and ready to jump in when needed. I have worked on several different projects with them, and they continue to be consistently able to adjust to demands and they trust my comments/advice when I give it.

Contract work at any company can be unpredictable, and that is the same here. Some weeks are extremely busy, while other days are slower, so if you like a predictable schedule always, contract work can be difficult. Language on Demand has other positions that are more predictable in time expectations, as well as salary.
