Basically everything. The C-suite is completely lost and makes mistake after mistake, their ego is all that matters to them and the board doesn't seem to care that they don't know what they're doing. They put people they don't want to fire in positions that make no sense for them and when things obviously don't work, they go through yet another round of lay offs, but of the worker ants, not the people they chose to randomly assign to lead an area they shouldn't be in. The funniest is the new job postings keep in saying we have flat hierarchies, what a joke. Also no salary transparency, your salary just depends on when you joined and what your were willing to accept. After that, unless you're one of the people the C-suite likes, you just get a meager % increase.
