I have nothing positive to say

Leadership is laughable. Agreeing in public setting with proposed changes only to resind or make excuses shortly thereafter behind closed doors. Leaving team in the wind when rest of leadership expects said changes to occur. Toxic culture. No one is empowered to make change and improvements to process. Change against status quo is met with extreme resistance and not championed by leadership throughout team to ensure adoption. Lack of focus. Expect to do everything without any understanding of delivery, capacity, or work.

Hello- thank you for taking the time to detail your experience with our company. As an ever evolving company, we are constantly changing and implementing new process that will improve our member experience. We value new ideas that can be supported with data and results. After all, data drives all business these days. For some, the benefit of being in a fast growing company is the ability to be flexible and agile and have input. However, that can be difficult for individuals who are used to a much more stable environment that doesn't champion such rapid process improvement. We recognize that setting clear and tangible expectations could be improved in some areas. We look to leaders (like yourself as indicated in your review) across the org to help improve these communication processes. Feedback has been a big focus area for our organization. Our HR team partners with leadership to drive and support accountability across all levels of the company. Performance is a team effort, and we look to everyone within the company to drive the high performance standards that have helped us get to where we are. We do understand this environment isn't for everyone, but do appreciate the detailed feedback to take back to our teams.

• Executive leadership sets the tone, and the culture reflects it. • Expectations are often high, but priorities and direction change frequently, creating unnecessary stress and rework. • Limited trust in the experts being hired. • Strategic thinking is not valued in practice. Leadership seems to want more hands to execute, not partners who can shape direction. • Brand is inconsistent and fragmented. Brand audits and leadership interviews were conducted, but the insights don’t translate into a clear, differentiated, member-first brand system. • The member experience feels disconnected across touchpoints. The mobile app, web portal, and website don’t align in messaging, voice, or visual design, which weakens trust and cohesion. • The organization operates reactively. Work is often driven by the latest urgent request rather than a strategic plan, making it hard to build sustained momentum.
