They Don't Care About You - Recensione dipendente - Sales presso Lantronix

They have NO sense of work-life balance. Luckily, I was in sales, but the people in marketing are worked to the bone. Managers get mad when people don't respond to emails while they're on vacation, and then turn around and tell people not to contact them when they're on vacation. The managers are overwhelmed though too. I don't recommend this company at all.
