Work life balance… co workers… management!

Not much cons they are awesome

Nice people, decent benefits, average pay.

This company is a train wreck. They act like they care for their people, but the only thing they care about is money! The management team is constantly changing with no direction, other than telling you to make more sales. The only thing consistent here was the constant change. They are a distribution company owned by a manufacturer. That alone is very confusing to customers, especially when there Lapp reps calling on the same customers. You're on your own with no communication.
