Vantaggi

Products are great, people within the organization are good to work with. Strong connection to the German owners which brought order and direction to the company.

Svantaggi

Main drawback was how the product was sold in the market. Some accounts were direct, most sales went through distributors. Distributors didn't want to tell the Lapp sales people who they were selling to. This made it difficult to grow business because there was confusion on who the end user was.
