Flexible schedule is a benefit.

Low pay is a big draw back.

The timings were easily manageable and it was near from home. Besides, being a fresh graduate it was the first employment opportunity that came along.

The teachers had a hectic schedule with no free period and were not given priority over the students. The behavior of the CEO with the employees was not good and often the employees were disgraced for minor mistakes. The remuneration was low as compared to the effort and hard work involved. There were no paid holidays and for every day-off taken, salary was deducted. The teachers were not allowed to be strict to the students or to have direct contact with the parents which hindered the progress in the students.
