Hardly any. Yet wait, They do have a food truck that comes every other Friday to try to boost employee moral!!!

Low pay all around. Not competitive with other local companies or the market. It takes a long time to get a raise a raise and become a permanent employee. Management gives you a timeline as to when you will be hired permanently, and when the time comes, it keeps getting pushed back later and later. I have seen way too many good employees quit because of empty promises by management. If the company wants to change, it all starts with management.
