Starting from the top, the CEO and ex MD are every bit as bad as suggested in other reviews. There is no structure in place or training to develop staff. They have a policy of taking on apprentices on a cheap salary and then getting rid of them towards the end of the 12 month period. Staff turnover is shocking, even for a recruitment agency - just look at the list of ex employees on Linkedin.
There was a focus from the CEO to strong arm current employees into writing favourable reviews around the start of the year. Do not be fooled by these.......
