Includes constant interruptions throughout the day. *technology is dated - Slow internet, CRM that would break, redundancy reporting for sales meeting *Little marketing support for the Pet Products division. * Management plays sales reps against each other vs supporting as a team * Commission is based of what ships for the month. Projects would end up split in the shop and you wouldn't hit full commission because of it. * Micro Managing - Wanting to be messaged where I was in the buildings if I wasn't at my desk. Over stepping on customer communications: Example: promising one thing and making me go back and explain another later on after the fact (not often, but not a good practice). *Sales rep is in charge of inspection of project before it leaves. This is great customer service, but a larger project can take hours that your not calling to make new leads. But it isn't something the shop will take responsibility for and if they do typically mistakes are made. * If you have a baby while working here they are great and supportive. EXCEPT with me being in sales I was working with some of the largest opportunity of my carrier and when I came back most of those opportunities were being explored with other sales reps. Policies were changed right before I went on leave.
