Small family business with a small family feel. The company recognizes birthdays, has quarterly BBQ's and team builders. Everyone works as a team, which creates a very positive work environment. Management has an open door and are approachable.

There are no cons. I have had a very positive experience with the company.

Decent amount of paid holidays.

Managemenet is terrible. There is no communication or team work, Employees get blamed for mistakes that they did not make and employees get treated like children. Equipment is outdated but employees are blamed for RMAs, which are out of their control.
