Every single thing. The CEO runs the business from her home and forces dozens of people to work from there too - which is illegal in LA. CEO is a horrible human in general, which makes her an awful manager of people. She is the embodiment of every awful thing you could possibly think to say about another person. The worst humanity had to offer, making her success and the success of the company off of the backs of the bodies beneath that much worse.
