CEO is a very pushy and sales-pushes person. Makes everything like a transaction and doesn't let technicians to give patient options because that would lead to patients not booking which means no profit for him. Made me feel very uncomfortable during my shadowing and training process. As far as working, for people who are used to great patient flow, not an ideal place. If you are truly interested in patient care and not sales and pushing people to apply for credit cards to book for surgery, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Patients are not educated on being given the best options and technicians are not allowed to offer an advise even after years of experience.
Otherwise, great team and surgeon is very welcoming! I had the best support form my office manager. It just wasn't the flow I was used to.
