Remote-first company. Ability to take time off unmatched by any other job. Some incredible people doing their best. I like the CEO, I think I'd get a beer with him.

Department and team siloes are being actively created and defended. Work grinds to a halt because there needs to be 2-3 meetings and 6-7 sign-offs before you can move forward. Dizzying amount of layoffs, learned helplessness, and white knuckles. You are a cog tasked with being two cogs, but even if you manage to be 2.5 cogs, you're somehow coming up short.
