7yWe are sorry you feel this way. As a good customer said, when someone leaves, especially when they are left go for poor performance, they always look at one side. Most of our employees are tenured for 8-20 years. Many long-term employees grew professionally and financially. They grow by supporting and listening to Company needs. Since many of our procedures and ideas came from employees, I would not say we don't listen. Any long-term employee will tell you we listen and support their personal needs. We have left very few people go in 28 years, however when mistakes are made and not learned by, we are forced to move on for the good of all staff. Again, I apologize for the way you feel. Getting more involved and learning the position to grow both you and the Company helps all parties.
