Vantaggi
Steady work at a growing company
Svantaggi
No training when you're hired and what training there is comes from the employees themselves, not from anyone in management or a designated trainer. There is no follow up on that training or any type of performance evaluation to see how you are doing and provide any feed back. Constantly asked to work weekends which is fine if you don't have a family or life and just want to work. Management is always changing course which makes everything chaotic. The health benefits are expensive to contribute to and are lacking for how expensive the are- but fine if you never get sick, and don't care about your teeth or eyes. False promises of pay raises and what pay raises do happen are given across the board to everyone, not because you've done a good job there and should be rewarded. I found management rude and hard to approach. No retirement plan. Don't expect to advance in this company, no matter what position you're in.
