As a legacy Later user, I joined because I was watching the leadership team come together like the Avengers and was curious about what they were building. That lead to some exciting conversations and eventually applying for a job. Yes, the workload can be high at times (it is a high-growth company). Yes, there has been turnover. But, what leadership told me they were building during the interview process hasn’t changed, and as we continue to share progress in our quarterly all team meetings, the company is executing on what was promised. The best parts of Later are: The company is building something truly best-in-class. You’re not just working to work...the impact is real and visible. The people. The team is made up of experts in their craft, all moving in the same direction (which is rare), with great personalities and the right balance of fun and getting things done.
