Employees are not treated equally and banned from discussing earnings amongst one another. No opportunities for advancement. Little management support, especially when dealing with client issues or emergency situations after hours. Poor communication from management to employees. Varying schedule and weekend shifts making scheduling of your personal life extremely difficult.
