For the most part, the people who work there are great to be around and I consider friends. The product line is interesting and the company has the potential to be great.

Management is a revolving door. Silos are common. Favoritism runs rampant. Unlimited PTO only if a favorite. No appreciation for accomplishments with focus only on faults. Lack of support on virtually every level. Management is difficult to trust and adds little value. Fear of layoffs is a constant concern for everyone. The overall vibe is one of depression.
