LaunchDarkly has done a TON of work the past 2 years to ensure they have the right people on the bus. They've made good/hard decisions and the leadership that is in place now is very strong. Specifically on the Revenue team, the leaders in seat knows how to scale a sale org. They are smart and thoughtful from a business perspective but also care a lot for their people and treat employees with respect and transparency. The Tech/Product team is still establishing the right leadership for this next season of growth but I am confident they will find great people to join. Because of the season of growth/change we've been in -- there are tremendous opportunities to step up and lead and grow quickly. Finally, the culture is healthy and "adult". We don't get political here, we have fun, we treat people like grown ups who can manage their time/schedules. The "remote" culture attracts solid people who love what they do and can handle hard work in an autonomous setting. We all understand our mission and what we're driving towards. We celebrate together and we care deeply for our customers.
