This was one of the most difficult workplaces I’ve experienced. Salary payments were frequently delayed, and it often felt like the company was operating by holding back employee wages. It’s also unclear how the organization continues to receive funding despite the lack of visible progress or output. Management structure needs serious improvement. There is no consistent HR presence, and decision-making is often handled by individuals who lack the relevant technical expertise. Excessive oversight from non-technical staff slows down work and creates unnecessary pressure. Allowing qualified professionals to manage their own domains would significantly improve productivity and morale. On a positive note, the coffee guy was consistently friendly and did a great job—honestly the most reliable part of the workplace.
