A REAL SHAME - Recensione dipendente - Job In Head Office Fashion Department presso Laura Ashley

There is so much potential and heritage in the Laura Ashley brand but nobody in management seems to act upon it and invest time and effect into making it successful again..this is a real shame! There is a very fast stuff turnaround, as management treats people poorly, long unpaid hours of overtime, the salary are low and there is no possibility of career. Employees are treated like numbers just like in an oriental sweat shop. I truly hope that the company goes under so maybe the brand will have a chance to flourish again with new owners and management!
