No training, no pay rise, snobbery managers do not talk to those on the bottom of the ladder, no thank you. Managers like to blame you when things go wrong, no support in your job and no promotional opportunities (unless you are favoured by the manager). They like to get 1st jobbers to pay minimum wage, so staff turnover is high. Pay below the market rate for all jobs!
