The people and atmosphere at Lavanda has been the most positive of any company I have worked at and does make it genuinely nice to come in to work in the mornings to see and work with these people. There is also plenty of opportunity for progression here as I have had several meetings already with the executive team about progressing my role upwards.

Main con that I have is that the hours at Lavanda are slightly longer than other places I have worked, being 9am to 6pm, though this is mainly an issue for me specifically as I travel in to Central London from Kent which adds to my day.
