Over promise and under deliver. Ron rest on his past wins of being lucky with google voice and losing on OpendDNS. They sell you hard to bring you on board. My tenure there we went through 4 VP of sales (one quit on day 5 once she realized what was going on). 3 VP of marketing... I can go in. Ron decides to hire C players in hopes of them being A players. They over sell their clients and cannot deliver on the vision. They stole the VP from trunk club. Their only one real success story customer.
