As always in the very early-stages of a company’s development, some things still need to be improved. There is usually too many things to do at the same time. Everyone needs to be on top of their tasks and priorities to assure continuous development and improvements.

Best part of working with layer is the cool and awesome people you get to work with. Everyone is immensely supportive and easy to reach out to (be it people in Tech or Business). Everyone is very kind and receptive to ideas and suggestions. The atmosphere around is always very light and there won't be a single day when you don't have reasons to smile. It can be a joke cracked by one of colleagues, a great feature delivered or can be in one of the hangout after office hours.

None! There are challenges to shape up this fresh team which I think everyone is doing well.
