Cross-department collaboration/synergy could be better; Experience with direct management (that is, your team leader or department head) is known to differ between teams, i.e. your objectives, workload, work model (hybrid vs remote) and day-to-day interactions will often not be the same as mine; Base salary is relatively low, and liquid income can vary significantly per month based on company profits; HR department and office management can be disorganized, sometimes leading to negative experiences in office space, and somewhat inconsistent on-boarding of new colleagues; Due to flat hierarchy, there is little space for ambition to ascend, as there are little to no middle management positions - if you're looking for a fancy title, look at another company.
