Horrible culture. The turnover is high, loyalty to employees is zero - they'll fire you on the spot and ask questions later. Managers will tell upper management about a plan to fire someone and just work harder if they can get that fired person's salary as a bonus, and then it happens. Buying new equipment usually happens with the president's personal credit card. Vendors get paid so slowly that support is withheld until they pay. The other comments about hiring losers and drug addicts was true in the past. There are many stories of meth heads and pot smokers lighting up in the data center parking lot.
