I have never experienced such mistreatment, disrespect, and failure to keep promises in any workplace before. The poor people management and task assignment skills were apparent from day one, and it was clear that there was a serious lack of leadership at the company. I also want to highlight the issue of my hours being cut without any prior communication. I found out when my paycheck was lower than expected, and I was not given any explanation or warning beforehand. Additionally, I want to caution non-EU citizens considering working at Layerise. Some of my colleagues who were non-EU citizens experienced serious issues with the company's immigration policies. Unfortunately, the company blamed all the issues on the employees rather than taking responsibility for their mistakes. I would not recommend this company to anyone

It was good company years ago.

I worked at Layerise for several years. Last July, I was let go because the company was in a poor financial situation. It has now been four months, and I am still waiting for my last month's salary. The CEO keeps lying and coming up with different excuses to avoid paying me. I recommend staying away from this company.

The place organizes party each month and Friday bars.

Svantaggi

Place only for people with high energy. I heard many stories where former employees did not get paid their salaries and ended up in court with the owner.
