10yThank you for your suggestion. We are indeed becoming a little more structure and corporate putting more structure and framework in place. Staff engagement and retention is certainly high on our priority this year and we have a couple of initiatives in place
Q4 2015 - Staff recreational club form
- Open Door and whistle blowing initiatives rolled out
Q1 2016 - Performance evaluation system enhanced
- Lazada College launched, formal training program design to cover all level of staff
