Great pay - Recensione dipendente - Executive Assistant presso Lazard

Management did not listen well to grievances. Employees would take full advantage of the company, with nothing but a slap on the wrist. Not much work/life balance. Hard to get help when you need it. Does not keep good, hard workers.
