Heavy organizational change has just added stress onto a poor foundation. The firm has a reputation for a reason, and while I can believe that things have changed on the banking side, it’s only made it worse for the corporate division. The CEO could clearly not care less about the corporate employees. People are overworked, stressed out, and looking over their shoulder constantly. The department is run incredibly lean, nearly to the point of failure. I have never seen a more punitive environment. Avoid at all costs!
